Taking Care of Ourselves: How to Create a Personalized Self Care Plan
Description
Using story telling, self reflection, and group work, workshop participants will learn how to build a plan to sustain and rejuvenate themselves in order to successfully serve their families and communities. Join us at this workshop led by Mari Kubota, LAc, a queer mom with background in Jin Shin Jitsu and acupressure, Tui Na, and Reiki, to learn and apply self-care strategies and practices that increase self-awareness and maximize health and well-being.
Suggested donation $5 per family. No one turned away for lack of funds.
