This five-week workout series will be led by Erica Jasmine Moon: Hey friend! My name is Erica Jasmine Moon. I am a Black & Japanese Queer cis-womxn born and based in Oakland, CA.

As a decolonial personal trainer I offer fitness experiences that are simultaneously gentle and challenging. With a steady flow of cardio, strength training, and stretching, I lead my clients through movement spaces that are fun, invigorating, and relaxing.

Your session with me will be loving and encouraging (think supportive best friend, rather than drill sergeant). I offer shame-free, warm, and inviting spaces for folx to access transformative healing in their bodies.

Can’t wait to move with you!
